Get crew hours organized and payroll ready to review—quickly, easily, and cleanly.
Classify the actual occupation and applicable wage order. Review workday, workweek, seventh-day and double-time details, employer size for historical dates, and any applicable local wage or program terms.
Planting, cultivating, irrigating and harvesting field crops.
Separate field work and preparation of your own crop from purchased-crop handling, independent processing and retail.
Record crop, field, machinery setup, waiting and travel time; identify whose crop is handled.
Supply the employer and worker classification, dated work locations, established workday and workweek, approved hours and breaks, agreement/rate versions, piece units and bonuses. For H-2A, supply the covered job order, wage evidence and hours offered. Incorrect or unavailable inputs need attention before relying on a calculation.
Within an activated, supported workflow, the server uses those records for the applicable wage floor, separately payable components, regular-rate treatment and overtime premiums. Review the recorded result; alternatives are not extra pay. This page does not calculate wages or demonstrate runtime coverage.
Worked calculation examples and the new explanation reports are being verified. Confirm current availability for your workflow before relying on them.
The explanation report design includes the exact worker/workweek, recorded hours and durations, piece earnings, floor and adjustment components, rest/nonproductive time where applicable, regular rate, OT/DT premiums, selected result versus alternatives, gross reconciliation and dated source references. Approved reports must name the retained approval/version and source manifest. Historical detail can be unavailable; corrupted records are an error. Automatic PDF/CSV package inclusion is being verified; confirm availability before relying on it.
Work, location, dates, agreements and worker classification govern the rules. A farm category alone does not establish a rule or exemption. Local and program conditions can apply. These pages support preparation, not a compliance guarantee or legal advice.

Use the work date and applicable wage order; historical phase-in depends on employer size, and daily, weekly and seventh-day rules matter.
Growing, on-farm preparation, processing others' products and retail can fall under different orders; classify actual work.
Check state and applicable city/county wages for the location and work date.
Primary and secondary agriculture, other growers' products, nonagricultural workweeks and range duties; state rules may differ.
Only where the worker and job order are covered; dated program evidence, wage terms and hours offered are needed.
Your crew does the work. Paper, handwriting, chasing hours, re-entry and manual calculations add work in the office.
Capture hours on supported devices, keep crew scheduling visible, review corrections and prepare payroll files.
Paid plans include AEOTC readiness support, starting with Crew and inherited by Producer and Visa. Confirm Oregon eligibility and current capture/review availability. An estimate is not a tax filing.
Start your fit review with Producer for piece or mixed pay. H-2A workflows need Visa and their program inputs.
FILE_EXPORT_ONLY — Farm Timecard prepares files and review summaries. Your payroll provider or team handles applicable taxes, net pay, payments and filings. Direct submission to payroll providers is unavailable. A download does not mean workers have been paid.
