How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Farm TimeCard mobile app:

1. Open the Farm TimeCard app on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
3. Scroll to the Account & Session section.
4. Tap Delete My Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

• Your personal information (name, email, PIN) is permanently removed.
• Your time records and work history are deleted.
• Your device data and push notification tokens are cleared.
• This action cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., payroll records required by federal or state labor regulations). Any retained data will be anonymized where possible and stored only for the minimum period required by applicable law.
