Paid plans include AEOTC readiness support, starting with Crew and inherited by Producer and Visa. Confirm Oregon eligibility and current capture/review availability. An estimate is not a tax filing.
FILE_EXPORT_ONLY — Farm Timecard prepares files and review summaries. Your payroll provider or team handles applicable taxes, net pay, payments and filings. Direct submission to payroll providers is unavailable. A download does not mean workers have been paid.
Trial, founder and setup terms
- The approved reverse trial is 30 days of Visa-tier access, then Free. Trial enrollment does not reserve a founder place; confirm current access and enabled workflows.
- Founding membership is limited to the first 50 paying organizations. The first successful payment starts 12 calendar months of introductory pricing, followed by locked founder rates. Cancellation does not restart the introductory clock. Current availability comes from the live quote, not a countdown.
- Annual prepayment covers 12 months at 10 monthly equivalents. Employees and supervisors count as billable workers; management access does not. Additional workers use cumulative bands in the server quote.
- Free includes 3 workers. Paid Crew, Producer and Visa include 5 workers; Crew and Producer include one farm, Visa up to five. The Visa allowance does not promise self-service farm switching. Enterprise is a custom quote.
- The optional $499 assisted setup covers up to 100 workers and 10 fields, a 60-minute walkthrough, 30-minute follow-up and 14-day question window. Eligible founding membership waives setup only; historical migration and custom integrations are quoted separately. Founding rates and setup do not stack with promotional coupons.
- Confirm the supported CSV/PDF review files and provider format. QuickBooks handoff means Desktop IIF / Online CSV exports; confirm import suitability. This is not a direct payroll integration. Support availability and hours remain the terms shown by the current plan; no round-the-clock service is promised.
