What does the 30-day trial include?
Start without a card with 30 days of Visa features, even when considering Crew, Producer or Free. Your organization then moves to Free under the existing policy. Existing records and workers stay; Free limits new worker additions once its 3-worker allowance is reached. Paid features need a paid plan.
How are workers counted?
Active workers and supervisors count once per organization in each monthly window, including annual plans. Management accounts do not count. Paid plans include 5 workers; additional-worker rates use bands.
How long do founding prices last?
A founding organization’s first payment starts 12 calendar months of introductory rates. Its locked founding rates apply afterward. Cancellation and reactivation preserve membership without restarting the first year. The trial does not reserve a place.
What does the free $499 setup cover?
The first 50 paying founding organizations receive the setup package detailed below. Human setup and sales assistance are offered in English. Historical migrations and custom integrations receive separate quotes.
Does Farm TimeCard submit or pay payroll?
Farm TimeCard prepares hours, supported calculations and files for your payroll team, accountant or provider. Submission, payment, filing and eligibility confirmation stay in your existing processes.
